Return and Refund Policy
At Jefe’s Adventures, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward, Amazon-style return policy to make things right.
⏱️ The 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your package was delivered to initiate a return. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition:

Shirts & Hats: Unworn, unwashed, and with any original tags attached.

Decals: Unpeeled and unused.
🏷️ Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If it’s our fault (Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item): Return shipping is 100% Free. If your gear arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong size, contact us immediately. We will email you a prepaid shipping label, and issue a full refund or send a replacement as soon as the tracking updates.

If it’s a change of mind (Fit issues or Buyer's Remorse): You are welcome to return the item within 30 days. For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, or the cost of the return label will be deducted from your final refund.
🛑 Used or Damaged Items (Restocking Fees)
To maintain fairness and keep our small business running, items that are returned visibly worn, washed, stained, covered in pet hair, or damaged by the customer do not qualify for a full refund. In accordance with standard retail practices, these items may be subject to a partial refund or a restocking fee of up to 50%, or sent back to the customer.
💰 How Long Do Refunds Take?
Once your return package is delivered back to our station, please allow 4 calendar days for our team to inspect the items and process your refund.

Refunds will be issued directly to your original method of payment.

Depending on your bank or credit card company, it typically takes an additional 3 to 5 business days for the funds to officially post to your account.
