⏱️ Processing & Handling Times

All orders are processed and packed at our station within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday).

We do not ship on weekends or official postal holidays.

You will receive a automated email containing your tracking number the exact second your shipping label is printed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan the package and update the tracking status.

We ship all domestic orders via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS First-Class Mail to ensure your gear arrives safely.

Once handed over to the United States Postal Service, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.

We treat your gear with respect.

Decals Only: Shipped in extra-thick, heavy-duty rigid cardboard "Stay-Flat" mailers so they arrive completely flat without creases or folds.

Combo Orders (Shirts + Hats): Shipped in premium structural corrugated boxes to guarantee your trucker hats maintain their shape and are never crushed in transit.
❌ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
If your tracking info says "Delivered" but you can't find your box, check with your neighbors or your local post office branch first. Jefe’s Adventures is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. If your gear arrives physically damaged by the carrier, snap a photo and email us at jeff@jefesadventures.com within 48 hours so we can get a replacement sent out.
